  • Each party is responsible for its own legal fees and arbitration costs unless otherwise required by law
  • The Company is not responsible for excessive arbitration fees

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the applicable laws of Alberta, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the website at any time without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
