How I work

My approach to office management is intentional and heart-centered. I am the first point of contact for our clinic, and I take that responsibility seriously. I pay close attention to the details that make your experience feel easeful, ensuring that the logistics of therapy never get in the way of your healing.

I deeply understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable; therefore, I am dedicated to creating a professional atmosphere where you feel heard, valued, and respected from your first phone call to your final appointment.

I will answer any
questions you have

Whether you are a new client navigating the intake process or a returning client managing a busy schedule, I am here to help you bridge the gap between needing support and receiving it.

I thrive when helping people find the right therapist fit within our practice and ensuring that every administrative touchpoint feels practical, doable, and kind.

Clarity and kindness with
purpose

From the beginning, I will meet you with a friendly voice and genuine care, creating a space where your questions are answered without judgment or rush. I will listen closely to your needs (whether they are about scheduling, billing, or finding the right therapist) and respond with empathy.

I am here to help you slow down the process, making the “business side” of therapy feel as supportive and human as the sessions themselves.

My journey to helping you

For years, Sheri and I have talked about working together to help people navigate the often-overwhelming mental health journey. I value simplicity, ease, and creating community. I strive to simplify the process of finding care so that the focus remains on healing rather than logistics.

As the Office Manager, I bridge my love for psychology with my talent for creating seamless, stress-free environments. I’ve found that I can help greatly by proactively removing administrative obstacles and turning chaos into order. Whether I am streamlining intake or managing the billing/insurance details behind the scenes, my goal is to ensure you can focus on your healing work with the right therapist.

I deeply appreciate the opportunity to connect with those who are struggling. By providing the essential support needed to access the right therapist, I aim to make every client’s path feel just a little bit lighter.

My Perfect Day

I love drinking coffee and going for walks. I enjoy spending time with my family, but I’m happiest when I’m with my dog. On a perfect day, I’d spend most of my time outside in the sun, coffee in hand, walking my dog, and chatting with friends.

When you’re ready

Finding the right therapist matters. If you’re curious about working with a therapist at our clinic, please reach out with questions. I will make the process as smooth and accessible as I can.

There’s no obligation to commit. Sometimes the first step is simply a conversation to see whether it feels like a good fit.

If and when you’re ready, support is here.
