Hello and welcome!

We are a group of Psychologists and Counsellors who are passionate about personal and collective growth. In our work together, we will support you to grow, change, challenge behaviours that are not working.

It takes courage to look for clarity, peace, and direction during the difficult times in life. It can be scary to reach out and trust someone to help with navigating the unique journey that you are on.

We currently have therapists taking new clients!

Appointments are available 6 days a week, with sessions as early as 9:00am, or as late as 8:00pm depending on which therapist you match with. We offer in-person, video-call or phone appointments for adults, teens, couples, and families.

We highly value our work and are honored to hold space for the amazing humans we have the privilege of working with.
